With over 20 years of experience across real estate investment, brokerage, asset management, and enterprise systems, Chris is known as a real estate technologist who bridges strategic vision with operational execution.
Before founding CRECTO, Chris held senior leadership roles at Prologis, including Vice President of Strategic Business Systems, where he led global technology and operations initiatives. He also advised Global Logistic Properties (GLP) in developing their global leasing platform and served as Chief Operating Officer for Red Dot Storage, a private equity–owned self-storage operator.
At CRECTO, Chris combines his experience in strategy, technology, and real estate operations to help firms build data-driven, future-ready organizations. His work focuses on aligning people, process, and technology to unlock growth, efficiency, and innovation across the commercial real estate ecosystem.

Allen leads Strategy & Growth at CRECTO (Commercial Real Estate Chief Transformation Office), where he supports business development, client experience, and strategic partnerships with technology and solution providers. He focuses on helping real estate organizations modernize by connecting their operational needs with the right systems, tools, and innovative partners.
Allen brings a decade of experience across capital markets, and client advisory. Before joining CRECTO, he spent eleven years at J.P. Morgan in New York in institutional relationship management before transitioning into real estate, earning his Master of Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder. He has since advised owners, operators, and investment firms on organizational strategy, technology adoption, and process improvement—bridging the gap between business goals and the platforms that support them.
At CRECTO, Allen leads all external partnerships, helping clients navigate the growing landscape of CRE technology and AI solutions. He ensures every engagement is supported by the right ecosystem of vendors and tools, and he oversees the firm’s approach to client onboarding, communication, and long-term relationship management.

At CRECTO, Kendra supports the execution of strategic implementation and transformation initiatives, helping translate client priorities into structured plans and keeping key initiatives on track. She works closely with clients and solution providers to coordinate efforts, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication—bringing structure, accountability, and follow-through to complex transformation work.
